For each project, we appoint a customised team constituted from our most suitable resources. The project team consists of a project manager, on the one hand, and one or more study engineers, on the other hand. The former will guarantee the quality of the installation and will be your single point of contact while the latter will take care of consulting subcontractors and monitoring the project up to its final acceptance.
When your order is booked, an information transmission meeting is automatically organised. During this meeting, our sales department transmits the dedicated project team all the specifics of your project. These data are then carefully analysed during detailed studies and risk analyses and concretised by the drawing up of plans, specifications, and mandate for the consultation of suppliers and subcontractors. These latter are experienced and professional companies, carefully handpicked and periodically subject to an internal evaluation.
We then coordinate the implementation of the site and verify the introduction of the equipment ordered.
When the site is nearing completion and the commissioning is booked, we perform an audit of the installation’s performance. This step will result in the (interim and final) acceptance of the installation. Your file is then passed to our maintenance team which will be responsible for the various actions (troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, etc.) that will ensure the longevity of your equipment.
