THERMAL RECOVERY

DOES YOUR PRODUCTION PROCESS REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF HEAT? DO YOU WISH TO STREAMLINE THIS ENERGY AND MAKE IT COST-EFFECTIVE?

During the production or conversion process of your company, thermal energy is produced but is never fully used. To avoid this energy rejection, also called “fatal heat rejection” thermal recovery can be implemented. These skimmers redistribute heat within the company or to neighbouring consumers. Alternatively, heat can be converted into electrical energy.

The fatal heat temperature level is a defining characteristic of its recovery strategy. In fact, the higher the temperature levels, the higher the recovery ratio.

The recovered thermal energy and/or electrical energy can be consumed directly on site or delivered over a network.

It is also possible to store thermal energy and/or electrical energy.

WHO IS THERMAL RECOVERY FOR?

Fatal heat must come from hot air (> 140 °C) or warm water excess (> 80 °C). The exchangers must operate at least 2500 h/year.
